I was extremely pleased with the care I received before, during and after my surgery. Everyone was exceptional, but I need to praise particularly the nurses. Not only did they take care of my needs, but they went above and beyond to make me feel cared for. This may sound a little odd, but I felt pampered. Good job, everyone and a huge "Thank you".

My 14 month old son had pnemonia and we were directed to this hospital from his pediatrician. Pediatrics is amazingly awesome everyone was so helpful and warming. We stayed there for almost a week and Ken from Respiratory was just outstanding. Thanks Ken! Everybody was so awesome and I'm just so thankful for each and everyone of you guys!! JohnLuke is doing so much better! Thanks Clear Lake Regional!

Honestly will never go back, from admission to discharge very dissatisfied with patient care especially from the doctors. Some of the nurses were good, but not enough! Even when I reched my boiling point which I never do, and I asked for administration, they never showed up. Guess you know where everyone else gets their attitudes from!
They have the best staffing and best pediatrics unit.
So far, exceptional care for my mom. Nurses are attentive and do a great job of keeping me informed.
Disappointed in the quality of service. Mother went in emergency for a major stroke . EMS chose this hospital because was of the esence and decisions had to be made within the "window of opportunity. " . After waiting for. 6 hrs for a vacant room. No continuity in orders from ER consult doc to keep her BP at the desired level and all progressive achieved by the risky procedure finally agreed upon by the "committee" because the er and consulting dizagreed with each other, was completely lost once she went to ICU because they ... read more
Had a heart attack Jan 1 and sent home Jan 3 evening. Would not have been able to do this without having the outstanding Doctors and Nurses. Special thanks to 3rd floor CCU Nurse Melonie and 4th floor Nurse Latosha. You all rocked. Thank you again for my family and myself. I get that second chance that not all get. " Thank You"
