Where to start... Went to the cafeteria this morning to buy some cream cheese for the bagel I brought from home the lady refused to sell it to me, she said "I don't like doing that" as in selling cream cheese, is it not her job to sell food? Yesterday they brought my mother her breakfast and the plate was dirty... Seriously a dirty plate, who knows who ate off of that before her or what they had. No one seemed concerned. I would like to thank Brant Lanclos who was part of my grandfather's surgical team today for all he did. He truly went above and beyond. After the doctor told us surgery was out and explained the procedure, Brant found our family in a waiting room to answer more questions because he could tell we were so worried. AND- this was on his own time! I wish more nurses cared about their patients the way he does. Thank you again!

Thanks so much to the doctors, nurses and staff at Clear Lake Heart Hospital for taking such good care of my dad during his aortic value replacement on 13 Feb. He is making a great recovery and looking forward to many more years with his family. All of you did a great job and we are very grateful.

This is to the staff, management, and visitors of the hospital. As of right now we are headed back to where we live, Fort Worth, TX. We came to your hospital because our friend was in I.C.U. and was getting discharged today. We left the hospital around 10:00 this morning(chest/pain unit). My wife left her wallet in room 1108.
