The only positive for me is that Dr. Pustilnik was able to do my initial surgery here. All other interactions I've had have been pretty bad. Especially disappointed by nursing staff and being asked health history questions over & over again when I know that they have all my info in their system.
CLRMC L&D and Postpartum Ward #2 have exceeded all expectations. Every question was answered, usually before we knew to ask it. We felt secure and attended to. We were consulted and educated before all procedures. Nurses were always available for mom and baby. 10/10. Would highly recommend to a friend.
My son has spent a cumulative week at this hospital and the staff has been so great to him! Thanks so much to Staff members Shelly, Joyce, Joel, Chrysler, Traci, Marcia, Dr. Madain, and all the terrific ER staff!
Last Night at 10:59 PM my 85 year old mother was given a prescription for pain meds after a fall hurting her nose, lip, and jamming her teeth into her gums and released from the ER. Unbeknownst to me, at MIDNIGHT - 1 hour and 1 minute later.... the DEA Law went in force and a different prescription form was needed. The prescription cannot be filled as is. My brother spent 2 hours at the ER this morning (with ALL paperwork in hand) trying to get this on the correct form and fill the prescription. The ER is *NOT COMFORTABLE* w... read more
We had an appointment at the MRI center for my 10 year old and have been waiting and waiting and waiting what good is an appointment if you have to wait two more hours + to be seen will never use this place again
I'm a frequent visitor because of kidney stones and they always go above and beyond !
I used to think this was an excellent hospital.
I am glad someone had something good to say unfortunately I do not. My 3 year old daughters pedestrian suggeated we take her in to have an IV started and fluids and steroids given to her because she is having trouble breathing. We got there at 6pm and the check in process was good. However when I left at 10:00, they had only checked her vitals once and the have tried twice to start and IV (2 separate nurses). My wife and I are now demanding they discharge her so we can go to a real hospital. CLR has severely under performed.
My name is chad skinner I have been admitted to clear lake for internal bleeding in my gi track I would like the gi dr to talk to me more about what's going on but my nursing staff has been absolutely amazing these nurses have been what is getting me through this my hats off to the hard working diligent nurses
