They saved my life this week. Thanks to everyone on 5 West. Three special people who I'll never forget: Hattie, Ryan, & Corinna!

Worst hospital. I end up having to advocate for my friends or family stuck here. The nurses are rude, drs unprofessional. Why this hospital is still up and ru,bing is a mystery. Go anywhere else!

$14,219 for 4 hours of sitting in one of their "rooms", a little morphine (worth every penny) and a CT scan to tell you that you will pass them in a few hours. Highway robbery at its finest! I won't step foot in there again, might get billed another thousand bucks.

In mid May 2016, my friend went to a wound care physician on his list of preferred doctors for what was diagnosed as a subcutaneous (below the skin surface) abscess. The area was cut open in the doctor's office and drained over the next two weeks. In office and home healthcare dressing changes became a part of my friend's life for the next 2 months. A no time during his in-office care did the physician's office ever try to collect his office co-payment. They claimed "You'll be billed for it." Only in late July did he receive... read more

I specifically avoided going to clear lake for the longest time recently because I have heard nothing good about it. I have been having to go to the er from dehydrated from vomiting which is caused by severe pain( whenever I'm in severe pain, i start throwing up amd cannot stop). One night it became unavoidable because my pain was so severe it was the closest hospital to me. I was there for probably 3 hours total and when I left I had felt no better than when I arrived. The er doctor that saw me treated me like a pain junkie... read more

I came in on June 22, 2016 because I believed that I had an ovarian cyst rupture the day before, and I was bleeding extremely heavily the next day. I've had a cyst rupture before, so I know what that feels like, and frankly if it hadn't been for the heavy bleeding, I wouldn't have even gone to the ER. I was brought back almost immediately, which was nice. A PA came in and asked what was wrong, didn't seem at all concerned about me, and just asked if I wanted pain medicine. I declined, mostly because my pain was manageable. C... read more

I took my cousin Stacy Henry to the ER early morning around 4:30 and 5:00 am on July 8, 2016. The ER Doctor that was there at the time was Dr. John Benson. Keep in mind my cousin didn't have any medical insurance and was treated like dirt. Dr. John Benson was very unprofessional my cousin was in severe pain and couldn' t walk or stand. His pain level was 10 plus and the first thing that Dr. Benson stated when he came to see Stacy was this is consider a $1000 dollar visit and severe pain is not considered an Emergency. Dr. Be... read more
