Usually good but this time it is taking over 4 hours to get pain meds for my boyfriend who is in horrible pain! First bad experience with this place and its almost made me not wanna take him here when his stomach problems act up!!

This is literally the worst hospital I've ever been to. My mother went in with stroke symptoms, and they've failed to give even the minimum amount of care one would expect in ANY hospital setting. When you're able to get a nurse, as all medical personnel seem to be scarce, they are rude and unattentive. This used to be a good hospital. Something has drastically changed. They are basically being paid thousands of dollars to do absolutely nothing. The nly reason they're getting one star is because zero isn't an option.
My son had surgery yesterday, 10/26/2016. The whole staff and especially the nurses were all so wonderful to my son. Dr. Castillo is great. I could not have been more happier with the hospital staff. Everything was great and the compassion that the staff showed towards my son was wonderful. I would choose this hospital again. Thank u sooo much.
They took good care of me! I just don't like to be sick!
If there were a lower rating than poor/one star for this hospital I would have to give it to them. They actually created fake charges far over my bill for me to pay & I don't have time to describe all that I had to go through to remove the charges. I think that it may have recently reappeared on my credit & I need to get around to investigating further. Another family we know went through the same thing but eventually gave in and paid the fake charges to save their credit. I was lied to, evaded and mistreated terribly. Their... read more
Clear Lake Regional Hospital is one of the best hospitals around they have an excellent pediatric floor the staff is great, gental and very friendly the doctors are some of the best I've ever seen. It's our 3 stay and they always remember our faces. The rooms are always clean even the house service is wonderful. They're quick with service. Within our 3rd day of staying my baby was feeling back to his old self. Thank you CLEAR LAKE REGIONAL. God bless the doctors and staff.
I took my baby too the ER on Monday October 16,2016 at 2:00 am because she was running a fever ,so I we get there an they send us too a room an am.waiting patiently for about 30 min for the doctor too come in an check my baby he comes in and checks my babies ears an throat an later tells me.she doesn't have anything that nothing's wrong with her that he doesn't know why she has a fever soe being a first time mom I know sethings wrong with her so he said that his just gonna call it a virus infection I REPEAT a virus infection... read more
Thank you CLR! My son broke his arm yesterday. We didn't have to wait, taken right back. X-rayed in same room within 30 minutes of arrival. Knowledgeable and caring staff! We didn't feel rushed at all. He was wrapped in a splint with thorough instructions. We were in and out in two hours!
