Some staff were okay, but most just weren't friendly. My husband was admitted through the ER. I must say they were quick in terms of getting him in a bed and seen. However, after being admitted to the observation unit, I feel his level of care was subpar. Upon release, his discharge papers instructed him to apply his ointment with foam. I guess the nurse didn't understand and applied the ointment on his open wounds with foam hand soap. Just was releases yesterday, I have kidney stone and am pregnant. Ive gotta say nurse Terri in L&D was amazingly awesome and so nice! I hope I have her again when I deliver in may!
Me and my son was in and out with in a hour ! Never had a problem with the the pediatric doctors.
ER was good and After we went to ICU it went bad to worse.Never go to this hospital go to Bay Area Regional,they are more professional and Curtiuos
The Labor & Delivery, as well as Post-Partom, were exceptional. Samantha and Krissy so far have been very helpful with my wife and Tina and Rowena have taken great care of our child.
very pleasant experience with the exception of 2 things.the admission receptionist was rude when I asked for the location of my mother in law she called the volunteers desk and said WHERE ARE YOU.very rudely in front of me
This place was absolutely fantastic I've been admitted in a few hospitals as I am an extremely sick girl but by far this is one of the best care hospital I've been in they caught a heart malfunction and fixed it when I was in there for my leg lol they fixed that leg and arm tge team was amazing I thank them from tge bottom of my heart ..
