They always take good care of me. The ER NURSES ARE NEW and still have to get some things down but for the most part. They are amazing.
Despite having my mothers Christmas present stolen from her room, this hospital is way above par. Excellent nurses and doctors. They have brought my mother back from the brink. I have nothing but praises (except for the theft that has not been resolved yet) for the medical staff and the level of expertise and professionalism they provide.
Absolutely wonderful! Staff was amazing! From check in, to escorting us to a room, the nurses and doctor who checked in my baby. We were in and out in no time.
The lady's in the ER I believe one of them was Amanda and I can't figure out the other girls name but they were extremely rude when I asked them when my daughters medicine would arrive because she was on so much pain! They lied to me several times and the other lady put her hand on my child's nose and shoved a syringe down her throat and it made my baby choke ! I'm not happy about this at all after being in the hospital 3 night in a row ! Never have I had any one in the ER treat me and my child so so badly ! I will just wait... read more

I Work 16 yrs @ Clear Lake region medical CENTER HOSPITAL & WORK THE C HOSPITAL .& ..M HOSPITAL & H. CARDIOVASCULAR. The Last 6 yrs Cvicu. My last day was 21th of December. The over night staff on the weekend on ICU floor, like bending arms, hands on patients talking about them after family and friends, and the charge nurse ok with this, because he is part of this activity also.
My mother there now. So its been good. Prayers to her. Ill see you for chtistma. Momma. Love u. Thank you to all the doctors nurses and people that work there yall well appreciate it..
This hospital has every type of Doctor & friendly nursing staff a hospital could have. They have won sooo many National Awards in every department!! Congrats to all & thankful your in the Bay Area Houston Region!
