My cousin has been to two hospitals before this one and it has been by far the best care I've seen him receive. His ICU nurse Krysta was an angel and she brought me to tears with the love and compassion she showed my family member. GREAT EXPERIENCE from the valet, greeters, and even the dietary manager who personally stopped by to see what she could do to help my cousin eat. If there is ever a time where I am ill, I can only wish to receive the amazing level of care provided by this hospital.
Today is our 2nd day and everything has been wonderful. We are on the 5th floor, surgery wing, and Theresa is our nurse. We've been in a lot of hospitals and she is one of the best nurses we've ever had. She had taken excellent care of my husband.
My 4yr old had out patient surgery. ALL staff, around the clock, from start to finish was awesome. Only reason for not getting 5 stars is because we had to wait in post op holding for 6 hours for an in patient room for an overnight stay.
100% best hospital around. Fast service & very polite.

I recently got sent here due to appendicitis. I got admitted Tuesday night, had surgery Wednesday and then came home on Thursday. I had the most wonderful staff! I will say, the wait time being transported and before surgery was a little much, but the staff was great! I didn't see a doctor much, but the nurses I had were AMAZING! I had a great experience. Got takin to the ER with severe pain. They were right on top of it. Treated me good and with respect. Had appendicitis and had to have an appendectomy.
For someone who never had a castable fracture. I now have had 2 in 4 months. This place is awesome and they have treated me with care and compassion. I am pretty sure this ER has one of the best efficiency records. Well done Clearlake.
After visiting the Clear Lake Regional Medical Center's ER on Dec. 4th, I return home to find the needle for the IV still stuck in my arm. Beyond disappointed with this place!!!! Unbelievable!!!
