We had a tech named Ron who was FANTASTIC. He thoroughly cleaned out the water heater and changed the element which was faulty as well as the thermostat. Very professional, patient, and kind! Thank you!
I had about 5 issues in my house with plumbing. And Ron the technician was top notch. He fixed everything in my house. He took his time made sure all worked. I definitely recommend him and will be asking in reference to him coming to my residence from now on if able to. Thank you.

Had an appointment today and I was told a specific window of time to expect the service technician and not only was he prompt he also called 20mins prior to let me know he was on his way. He figured out the leak we had in the house within 5mins and also explained how to avoid/prevent future leaks. Jose was Courteous, Prompt and knowledgeable and would Def call him again if needed!
