We had clear flow come out to fix a leak in our ceiling coming from our upstairs bathroom. We asked them if they could come back to replace the piping to the bathroom. They came back and seemingly replaced all the pipes. The next day my husband went to put our 18 month old in the bathtub and realized that they ran two hot water lines to the bathtub. RecommendedJose and Scott came over to my house yesterday in Wayne, PA to attend my AO Smith water heater heating issues. They noticed the bottom heating coil was not working. Not only they replaced the bottom element but also the top element as it was slowly getting corroded. They were very courteous and explained the process to me. Would definitely recommend their services. Keep it up guys!!!
Do the job correctly. Listen to the customer. Stop the bad attitude and nickle and diming the customer.
Not trustworthy at all. Been at my house 3 times always disappointing, on their last visit the technician could not solder a valve and told me that i need a new water main line and they need to do excavating. Spoke to their office today and the lady tried to deny if their tech even worked on the house while i have recorded conversations on my phone with their tech. American home shield is behind all this circus, try to steer clear of both companies.
Clear Flow Water Solutions does not accept responsibility for improper work. They did a repair on our toilet, and didn't do it correctly so less than a year later we discovered our floor is rotting. They want 800 dollars to repair it stating they only recover their repairs if it is within the first 30 days. If they had done the job right the first time I wouldn't be in this situation now. Jose came today and quickly unclogged our bathroom sink. He provided a great 5 star service.
Jose is amazing! he came to fix my shower and got it done fast, was very very experienced, professional and a great guy! I highly recommend this company and will definitely request Jose from now on!!
