Tech Ray called me prior to arrival and was on time. Once I explained the ongoing issues in both bath rooms, he was able to figure it out and make the necessary changes. Both bathrooms are working well now and shower pressure is back too. Ray did a great job and was really friendly. I'd use them again! Thanks to American Home Shield for sending them.
Did not show up at scheduled time, then claimed to have arrived and completed the job and that they had come into the house, then claimed to have then claimed that the scheduled time was an hour earlier than previously noted. Despite missing today’s appointment, they said they would not be able to come out for four days.

Jose is an absolutely amazing employee. He did an amazing job and helped right an unfortunate situation. If it were not for him, the experience would not have been the same. He was absolutely professional and went above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of. Would recommend him to everyone.
I called them and within a half an hour Dave called me and was coming to check out our well pump and tested a few things and it was the well pump. He said they could get a crew together in a few hours and they would be back out that day! By 7:00 we had a new well pump installed and water again. They were all very nice and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend clear flow to anyone!
