RecommendedReally appreciated this company and their diligence in getting back to me quickly and arranging technicians to come out asap! I couldn't believe that I received a call back on a Sunday and techs were out on Monday a.m. Highly recommended.
I reported to the police and their office when their agent forgot his tools and I'm saying broke into our house through the basement doors and now their agent said my husband said it's ok to go to our house when we had no one there to let him in. I don't know if this guy was even a licensed plumber. The work wasn't finished so our agent locked the property and left. Then this guy calls & says he left his tools in our house. I have only had GREAT EXPERIENCES with Clear Flow. They were referred through my home warranty and Cesar came to fix my leaking shower faucets. When my kitchen sink clogged, I requested my warranty send Clear Flow back out to fix my issue. Cesar and Cory came out and per usual, exceptional service. I would NEVER recommend Clear Flow!! I would give them negative stars if I could. Long story, but worth the read if you don't want to be lied to!! My husband is a licensed master plumber, but since we have a home warranty I contacted them for a problem with our water heater. They came out to fix two of my toilets and caused a leak. They are now lying and saying that their technicians didn’t cause the leak in my dining room. Which is a complete lie. My toilets are still broken. I would recommend using another company, if you want the job done correctly. I only used them because ASH warranty sent them out. I will never use them again.
this company came in my house boss itself.. ignored the leak and did some work that made my issues much worse! i called 48 hrs later only to be yelled at by the boss and listening to his lies!! do not hire them it costs me thousands and now I have to go to court with them! very unfriendly, very rude and they have no idea what they doing! biggest mistake to hire these non professionals!!!
My toilet was constantly running so I called my home warranty company, who then hires them, to fix it. That was June 24. They come and say they need to order a piece to fix it. So we wait. A month later, I call for an update. They then order the missing piece again. I give them a few more weeks again and then I call back for a follow up. Why is nobody calling me? They responded quickly. Jose & Cory were very polite and used their masks. Quickly took care of the clogged drains. Made a suggestion for the bathroom drain. Highly recommended. Five stars.
Dave from Clear Flow Solutions is by far the least professional contractor I have ever dealt with. We were given Clear Flow Water Solutions by American Home Shield, and from the start he was more interested in ripping us off and selling more equipment. He blew our pressure tank while installing a well pump and told me that is was “part of the job” and had “no responsibly” for damaging it.
