My technician just told me that "home warranty customers are the lowest of the low (except me of course!), because they want everything covered". He also threatened to leave my house because I had questions about the mandatory floodstop ($475!) and he has a busy day ahead. We placed a service call at 4:30pm on Friday, June 12th and are JUST NOW getting repairs. Clearflow water solutions was brought to our needs by our general contractor that we were using for repairs. Long story and much frustration with this company. They made a bid on replacing out septic system and doing some light plumbing around our property. Proper paperwork was never filed on their end for permits and what we were paying them for with a septic system replacement. After 8 months from closing we still had no replacement of our septic - we made many calls to the office in the meantime and no return phone calls.... read more
Clear Flow was professional, arrived on time and very knowledgeable. Dave explained in detail what caused the problem and what he was doing to correct it. I will call them again without hesitation and I'm considering them for my bathroom renovation.
Clear Flow came to my house through my home warranty company to fix a toilet and while they were there they also installed a pressure reducing valve. The guys were on time, called before they got there, worked fast and clean, very friendly and I feel confident they did a great job. Will definitely call on Clear Flow again for any future issues. Thank you!
