Literately the worst apartment I’ve lived here for 4 months.... I wish I could move right now. They are bug infested and if you mention it to them, they don’t have any response to you other than a spread sheet of the preparations you have to do (like move the fridge and oven) and the clean up of dead bugs and cockroaches after they spray. They are crazy expensive. My floor is lumpy to where my dresser rocks but it’s throughout the whole apartment. You can see huge cracks where the floor board doesn’t meet the floor. Verified Renter I've lived here since November and seen a lot of work done by the Maintenance Staff. The grounds are kept looking sharp, improvements to the buildings are being done and they always answer requests for service. The staff is great at addressing issues regarding billing and problems with the units. Fast and friendly. The complex itself is generally quiet and within walking distance to shopping and Lake Johnson. Pet-friendly and lots of college students and families live here.

She followed me through the whole process, and was even available after the apartment was secured. Upon move-in day leasing agent Elizabeth was nice. She made moving in super stress free, and was even available throughout the day when I needed her. Verified Renter The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, Maintenance responds within hours of a call instead of days or weeks as with other apartments, the location is great for living in a quiet area but close to NC State, shopping and restaurants and the highway. A nice area for walks and close to Lake Johnson.
