Reasonable Rent But Poor Place to Live Delete The Clarion Crossing is located near the Johnson Lake and settled in a beautiful wooded lot. However, I think all the good things end there. The apartment/townhome complex is severely aged and requires huge amount of renovation effort. My unit has leaking plumbing, bugs and insects issues, wet carpet when moved in, serious saturated nicotine smell in all interior space. I can believe they allow smoking inside. The community is quiet, friendly, and extremely well managed. It is great to have a seasoned property manager in charge. Kati is awesome and her team does a great job.

Verified Renter Clarion Crossing is a great place live. It's very convenient to Avent Ferry Shopping center, the bus lines as well as north Carolina State University. The community is quiet and laid back. Great for college students and those who love a quiet environment because there's hardly ever any loud noise at all. HVAC The Clarion Crossing Townhomes over 50 years old and need severe upgrades to their air conditioning units and overall building. While living here for less than a year I've had numerous issues with the air conditioning unit. The last three times the maintenance worker told me it was the emergency switch to the unit that was not allowing me to turn on the air conditioning from the thermostat.
