Verified Renter For starters when you call the main office no one answers, everything is automated. Emails aren’t responded quick enough, sometimes it takes a few hours or days before you get in contact with someone. I was talked rudely by one of the managers for maintenance, I had an issue where my dad and I can not take off multiple days without being fired and I was talked to rudely via email by the manager. Verified Renter Clarion Crossing was a beautiful place to live. I found everyone friendly and polite. The office staff was always there to listen. The maintenance men were exceptionally friendly and always described what they were doing. I love all the dogs and people followed the leash rule. There was never a parking problem. Loved the atmosphere no loud or unruly neighbors. Good place on the hill bro live.

Bugs!! Bug infested place! The leasing office is unresponsive, there’s no follow through, and pretend that they never get your emails. There are snakes, frogs, all kinds of flying insects, bee hives, roaches, rats.. and pest control is unresponsive. I asked them to have pest control come by on weekly basis and they pretended that they couldn’t do anything else.
