Verified Renter Friendly staff, fun monthly activities. My only wish is that they also do afternoon and/or weekend activities. Since the last one “Pool Party and Cookout”, was during my work hours. I did enjoyed the Ice Cream truck event because I have not started work yet. It is a convenient location, close by groceries, pharmacies, restaurants, important government offices, banks, etc.

Verified Renter I've recommended Clarion Crossing as a place to live to many of my friends and coworkers. I have a coworker who moved in to the community as well as a friend because of the hard work the team puts into making it a safe, fun and clean place to reside. I myself have lived at this community for over 8 years and find the location, maintenance, and amenities (pool, hammocks, grill, etc.) to create a truly worthwhile living experience in the city of Raleigh, NC! :)
Awesome Apartments The apartments are well taken care of. The pool and hammock area are great places to relax and entertain. Not to mention the close proximity to the lake.

Peaceful and Helpful Staff I like laying in the hammock area when it gets warmer outside. It’s the prefect place to read books and relax.
Quiet and Clean The apartment was clean when I moved in. I like how big the pool area is and that there is a lot of grills.
