Verified Renter This was my first apartment here in Raleigh, having moved from NY, and it was easy from the day of lease signing to moving in. Ive been here 4 years and have enjoyed living here. Its quiet, clean, rental fees are reasonable and the staff is so very helpful. The location is great with access to all routes and of course downtown Raleigh!
Verified Renter Mold, roaches/water bugs, giant water bugs, damp and dark apartments. Put in requests for these issues and there was no work done; I was told basically all of the studio apartments are damp and will get "surface mildew" if the AC is off for more than a day at a time and getting a dehumidifier put in would not help. Apparently another resident in a studio has similar complaints and is also not met with results. Verified Renter I have lived a clarion crossing for about a year. I would say the maintenance staff is excellent. They respond quickly to any issues. Elizabeth at the leasing office is absolutely amazing! She is a pleasure to talk with and express any concerns. I wish their were more staff at the leasing office like Elizabeth. Their has been several encounters at the leasing office where the staff are rude. The only negative thing I have about clarion crossing is the ongoing roach issue.
