Verified Renter Clarion Crossing has become like a second home to me. Its my first time living away from my family and attending college and this community has helped me grow and find my footing here in Raleigh. You dont realize how much your living situation shapes you but Clarion is a little slice of community. If none of that was convincing, its about 4 minutes away from Western/Hillsborough so its right in the heart of things and travel is easy and takes stress of your stressful mornings.

What I like is that it's quiet, convenient (to almost everything except a bank), well-maintained, and that it feels more "homey" (no 4 or 5 story high-rises). Verified Renter Clarion Crossing is a very nice community near to Raleigh and all major highways. Its an older complex, however for the price, its quite acceptable. Kitchen appliances have been updated, recently new toilets have been installed. The pool area is very attractive, with grills and fire pit, hammock, new chaise lounges. Verified Renter The complex IS old, 1974 from what I'm told. However, it is quiet and located in a quiet area that's close to stores, the highways, schools, UNC, and Lake Johnson. It is a quiet unit, the laundry facilities are nice as well as the gym. Great for families and students.
