A Great Place I loved living at Clarion Crossing! The maintenance team is prompt and professional. The staff is amazing, as well. Always friendly and helpful when needed. The office puts on lots of fun resident events every month. The location is perfect! Clarion is a great place to live!

The worst quality-price ! Apartment which offers an extreme poor quality at an extreme price including nothing else than 4 walls : no internet , no tv , no furnitures ! Come back to the prehistory ! It is, without hesitate, the worst quality-price ratio on Raleigh. If you want to spend your worst stay at Raleigh, take it !

This place sucks This apartment requires everyone to use its waste pickup service which cost $35 every month. I chose not to use it so I didn't ask for a waste container. But now they charge me $25 for not having one. I argued with them, but they just don't care. So ridiculous. They just want to rip off all your money. Never trust a this place.

Bugs everywhere The apartments here are full of bugs. I live here in first floor. One night I was waked up by the fire alarm but nothing happened. I opened the alarm and found out cockroaches inside it. These bugs somehow triggered the alarm. Can't believe this happened. This place does not deserve such high rent.

I would not recommend this apartment I had lived at Clarion Crossing for 2yrs. When I moved in the property had just been bought by PRG. As far as the apartment when I moved in you could tell that it was not maintained as well as it should have been. One of the things that stood out to me was the paint that was poured into the tub and splashed on the edges of the bath tub. Great housing for students If you're a student looking for housing, Clarion Crossing is a fantastic option, ESPECIALLY if you have pets. They're very accommodating and pet friendly. Management is friendly and helpful, and maintenance requests are always filled promptly. The pool and clubhouse area are really nice, and they have picnic tables with grills for resident use right next to the pool. You get what you pay for. Rent is cheaper than most places in the area, and there's a reason why. Everything is about average, hence the title. The service, depending on who you talk with, can get done really quickly and I've never had an issue turning rent in. The rooms are a decent size (bigger than dorms students :D), and we had new carpet in our apartment, and that's where the highs end.
