Transportation is one of the scariest vendors to book for your wedding... Thankfully Paola was a breeze to work with and everything went smoothly. Our driver was incredibly kind and timely. We are very happy we picked Chicago Trolley!!
Had an absolutely fantastic time with out of town guests on the Chicago Trolley & Double Decker Co. hop on and hop off tours. We had an awful rainy, cold weather day but that didn't dampen our trip. The tour guides were fun, knowledgeable and helped keep us dry with free rain ponchos. The only negative comment I can make is about one of the Trolley drivers/guides; he was very hard to understand and didn't speak english very well as English was his second language. My family did the night tour yesterday (9/20/2016) and loved it. I would give it 6 stars if I could. The tour guide (Daniel) and the driver (Tonya) were the best. This was my first time experiencing the city and they both made it one to remember! I will be doing this again the next time I am back in Chicago. Thanks Daniel and Tonya!!

All the tour guides and drivers were friendly. The upper deck viewing area was almost always available. At peak times, we did end up sitting in the bottom of the bus but it wasn't so bad. Chicago is an amazing city and there's a lot to look at. We planned three stops and were only going to use the trolley to get around town but we ended up staying on between locations and enjoying the full tour of the city. I would definitely recommend people use this trolley service. The cost was reasonable and it was a ton of fun. :)
