Took the Holiday Lights Trolley ride for 2 1/2 hours on December 12. The windows were foggy the whole trip. They had one squeegee for everyone on the trolley to use. Could not see out the windows to view the lights. Our driver was very informative. However, we could not see what he was talking about because of the moisture on all the windows. A waste of money. Waited 1 Hour in the cold for the Trolley and still had to take a dark Double Decker!!

This was my first tour with the company I have taken, it was the holiday lights tour, and it was very disappointing. It was suppose to include two 30 minute stops, one at the Christmas market and one at Lincoln Park zoo to see all the lights. The market was pack and when we got to the zoo they were closing so we didn't even get to see any of those lights. The guide was knowledgeable and apologetic but all in all very disappointing. We drove am hour and a half to not even get the promised tour.

We used them to tour around for three days. Claudette was wonderful. If it can be avoided, don't use Michael. So rude and condescending. Ruined my whole experience. We did care,Michael. Thanks for asking.
Really good tour, particularly if you are lucky enough to have Lance Romance as your tour guide! I highly recommend this tour, the 3 day ticket is well worth it!
