Use the coupon book to get discounts on the city. Tour Guides Lance "Romance" and the African American lady with the French name (starts with a "C".. Colette?) were the best guides out of the trip. Informative & pointed out Chicago landmarks that the other guides did not mention. What an informative ride! Shannon was a phenomenal tour guide! She knew her facts. She kept my attention. She knew more than any of the other tour guides that we've had the experience to ride with (we bought 48 hour tickets). Love that this is a hop on, hop off experience. It takes you to any destination that you would want to visit in downtown Chicago. We will be doing this excursion again!

I was a little worried about using their service after reading the recent reviews. We had a great experience though. We had 48 hr tickets and hopped on/ off many times. The guides knew thier stuff and we never had to wait for a bus during the day. The night tour could use some improvement. We waited over 30 minutes for a ride both nights. Also it would be great if they extended the hours at night.
I know it was humid and aiming today but there was no AC inside the bus. A pair of riders who boarded at the same time got off on the second stop after boarding. We rode to our nearest to hotlstop and the grandkids were horribly uncomfortable ad not surprisingly unhappy. I hope we have better luck tomorrow.

My mom, sister n i road the double decker for the very first time today n may i say it was so exciting. Marco n the driver that picked us up at 1145 was so nice, Linda n Tyrone was also nice as well. They talked to u very nice n treated u very well n the customer service was exceptionally well. N we only waited about 10-15 minutes. We will ride again when money comes available. This was the worst experience I have ever had in Chicago. Most of the tour guides were not very informative. The length of time between trolls were way longer that what we were told it would be. The last trolley we took was pack full 50 mins we waited for it. It stopped at the 10th stop instead of 2 where it should have and it stopped at a stop that was not on the night tore. The cost was not worth the poor service. I should have walked or taken a different bus company.
