Shame on this,company. Left CPS special ed kids in the lurch by over booking and canceling their trip on their last day....very low if you. :(

One of the worst ride ever. We book the night tour on last Saturday and that ticket seller says you can hop on and off any of given location. Later realised its only 4 locations and not all showed on the map. It started raining soon and we came downstairs to sit. Now with in 10 min the mic went off and we were sitting silently just like riding a public transit. We spend like more than 1 hr with out any entertainment. Spent last weekend taking all of your tours. Drivers were all good and tours were interesting. However, the sound systems used on the busses were inexcusable. Only one of the busses had a system good enough for us to sit somewhere other than right next to the driver. I'm talking about the worst fast food drive through you've experienced. Would be 5 stars if sound systems were improved.

Just finalized trolley reservations for May with John Simonson of Chicago Trolley & Double Decker. I cannot emphasize what a pleasure it was working with him. Prompt, courteous, and helpful. This has been one of the easiest tasks in wedding preparations for my fiancee and I and we are lucky to have come across such a great staff.
