I was very disappointed i to talk to a representative on a Tuesday he explained everything and what we would be able to do and get. on Wednesday when we purchase the ticket policies have changed but no one informed us of that when I called in and talked to a Mr. Flynn he said basically they can change their policy at anytime is nothing that we can do about it I would definitely not recommend them in the future and I would suggest them in forming their employees of any policy changes
