This company is awful. We waited over 30mins for a bus to come, when their competitor "Big Bus" had 4 buses come and go. When a bus finally arrived, there were seats available but not together. We asked if people often get off at the next stop but were given blank stares. Only then, a few minutes later they started saying people usually get off at the next stop. I called to ask for a refund only to have a very stern and uncaring representative let me know another bus should be here in 20 mins. This means we will have waited ... read more

Absolutely horrible, bus took 35 min to get to us, arrived almost full and unable to sit up top, once we filled the bus top and bottom at our stop, stopped at another stop and crammed another 10 people in standing on an unairconditioned bus in 90+ degree temps definitely more of a sauna.... Ugh avoid and go with the big bus company they had 3 buses come by while waiting for ours none of which were crammed packed

I, along with three children, are currently waiting for the bus .... After being told it will be here between 5 and 10 minutes ... I bought my tickets at 9:57 ... It is 10:27 ... No bus. Kids are hot and have already lost their enthusiasm ... The wait continues ...
An employee, Paul Barile, demanded that I move my car or he would call the police to have me towed. He was aggressive and threatening toward me. We argued, and he hurled insults and swore repeatedly at me. Shockingly, Paul actually called 911 to request an officer to resolve the parking issue. Paul's manager arrived and confirmed that I was totally fine where I was parked. Paul left without an apology.

We really enjoyed using your company for our stay in Chicago. Very nice drivers and tour guides. One cold morning we were allowed to sit in a trolley that was not in service, to stay warm, until the next bus came by...very appreciative! A special shout out to tour guides Collin and Curtis...very entertaining and informative.
