We choose Chicago Trolley and Double Decker co tour bus over the others and I am so happy we did. We boarded the bus three times and had the pleasure of experiencing three different guides. They were all wonderful. They were very informative and knew the history of Chicago. Our first guide, Keith was so personable, pleasant and friendly. He really brought life to the tour. My experience with your service was very informative. Your guides do a great job and are knowledgeable of Chicago however, I was disappointed when we toured by the Trump Tower! One of your guides description of our current president of the United States as a looney president! I was greatly offended!! Out of common courtesy and respect for this young man I held my comments! Parks in the bike lane constantly! Dangerous company for Chicagoans! Shame on you!!!
A horrible dis-service to the fine city of Chicago. Their drivers often run red lightd and make sketchy manuevers which put the lives of pedestrians, cyclists, motorists and the passengers of the tour at risk! If you care about the safety of yourself and others I suggest looking into other tour services.
