We have been waiting 90 minutes for our first bus. Do NOT use this company.
The worst place to work. The company and the bosses in charge they're not respect the driver's. Thanks but not thanks.
Best bet is book the Big Bus Chicago tour. This tour was good but only once you finally manage to get a bus. Don’t plan to jump on and off very often, you’ll spend most of your day just watching the Big Bus Chicago tours coming and going while you wait. Very unreliable timing of busses and trolleys, however the guides were quite knowledgeable and did give a good tour once you can get on a bus.
My best friend and I, Mary, enjoyed our tour with Bernard. He was a wonderful tour guide and driver. Full of information, answered questions and it was personal. Just us two.

The worst tour ever. My wife and I were here in Chicago for her birthday weekend and we booked a 2 day trolley tour. We got on at #13 at the hard rock, got off at the Millenium Park stop #1 and toured the area. We returned back to the stop after about 45 minutes and THEN proceeded to wait an HOUR and A HALF! Before the bus came back! We were freezing cold and wasted a good portion of our day. First off, you get crammed into these small wooden seats. Second, I understand it is Chicago and there is traffic but we were stuck on Lake Shore Drive for 45 minutes or more. Third, our tour guide was trash talking the city and sounded like a rejected stand up comedian. She also told us all about her personal life. We barely saw the tree at all in the city.
