RecommendedI highly recommend this tour company! We did the 2 hour loop on the top of the double decker bus. The guide was knowledgeable and even told us some great spots to eat. The driver was very safe. The cost was reasonable as we were even allowed to use our tickets for a second day! After we did the loop to see everything, we got on/off a few times to see other sites. Curtis and Zoe are awesome day tour guides. Both of these guides make the tour fun and interesting. They were very knowledgeable about the city buildings and landmarks. Avoid the night tour if Keith is your guide. My family felt like Keith was trying to do Improv and we were his unfortunate audience. Keith was severely lacking in knowledge about the city. I rented a private trolley for my birthday and it was AMAZING! I was able to ask all my questions before hand and the driver knew exactly where I wanted to go and what I wanted to do before the day had come so I can sit back and enjoy my day with my friends and family. I would 100% recommend to anyone that asked!
We had a GREAT time two days in a row. Buses were comfortable and convenient. Zoie was a great tour guide and Michael was a wonderful driver. We ♥️ Chicago!
Had such a fun tour with Zoe today! Fun knowledgeable guide! Really disappointed that we had a night tour booked with another company - which has terrible customer service and poor route planning during planned road closures for a marathon! More expensive option too. Can hardly call them a competitors to Chicago Trolley.. Cheaper and nicer staff as well
We had Mike Hendricks as a driver. It was the best tour I have ever been. He was so knowledgeable about Chicago and made sure we knew where we were going when we got off. it was a 10 out of 10 experience for me. He goes the extra mile to help people.
I was in chicago for a short time and decided to use chicago trolley and double Decker to sight see. first used a trolley and had a friendly driver/guide. after stopping at an attraction continued on a double decker. the guide was friendly, interesting and funny. I think his name is Nathan. enjoyed the tour so much I continued it all the way on the top deck in the cold and wind. such beautiful sights and Interesting history.
Recently visited Chicago and enjoyed a couple of trips on the free trolley from the Art Institute to Navy Pier and return, the driver I think called Bernard was brilliant.
