I waited an hour for the bus to pick me up at a stop. The driver hops on and off to go to Walgreens, have a cigarette break all while we are waiting. She should have proper breaks and not in between stops. I would recommend big bus, while waiting the hour for this company to show up I saw five go by.

If zero were an option that's what I would choose. First, there is no stop schedule despite what the website & brochure states. Also, what they DON'T state is there is no A/C or fans inside the bus so you can sit on top in the sun or choose to suffocate inside if it's hot. If you're a conservative, you might want to enjoy the tour using ear plugs so you can avoid feeling awkward during the political commentary included with this tour. I would think that a company in the hospitality industry would strive to make everyone feel... read more

Business response:

We're sorry you had a bad time. Our website and brochures say we run from 9am to 5pm plus the Night Tour. Chicago's festivals, drawbridges, and traffic sometimes cause delays and re-routes. These conditions may alter arrival times at our stops. Our bus…See More

Had to wait for over an hour for a trolley. We were told 15 minutes wait more then once. Got on at stop 7 got off at 12 ended up walking back to the Sheraton stop 7 no trolley ever showed up. We saw 3 big buses stop & pick up people. That looks like a more organized company, I recommend The Big Bus.

We were in Chicago last week and only had a few days to see as much as possible with our 2 kids. We took the trolley for the first half with Michael and then we returned with Keith on the bus. Both were hilarious in their own way. We were able to hit all the hot spots in town and get a fun facts along the way. The best part is we didn't have to deal with traffic. My husband is a tough critic and he is still talking about what a great time it was.

We took this tour 2 times in the same day 1 was fun and the other not so much. The first tour was amazing and very entertaining. The night you guide was more interested in spouting political views and how it cost her to live in Chicago. When someone would wanted to get off she always announced over the PA gratuities were appreciated.

Business response:

Hi Shannon, I am sorry for your experience while taking out tour. I also apologize for the sales staff giving you incorrect information. I will be looking into this situation further. We are in our summer season, but we do not promote our buses arriving every 15 minutes. On our website we let our customers know that "Vehicles arrive every 25- 30 minutes. Waiting times between vehicles can vary, depending on the time of year and waits of up to 30 minutes may sometimes be experienced. Wait times at each Trolley stop are not gu... read more
