I regularly see their drivers running very late reds and paying no attention to the rest of traffic. The Drivers seem to be under unnecessary pressure to meet schedules, and it can be seen in their total disregard for following basic measures like using turn signals, double parking during heavy traffic, and general rudeness with both other drivers, pedestrians, and even their customers. Do yourself a favor and stick to the river tour.

The drivers don't car about pedestrian and bicyclist lives.

Your professional drivers consistently put the public in danger - and your murderous tendencies towards cyclists are unforgivable. Please educate your drivers and take a stand against the lawlessness your "professional" drivers get away with.

We have used Chicago Trolley for our end of year school trip (organized by Cinema Academy). Love them!

Business response:

Thanks, Terri!

We took the trolley tour this past week while visiting. The tour was very enjoyable and our guide Michael was great. (Someone please get him and his son tickets to see Hamilton) One thing I would like to see are signs at all of the stops. There was no sign at the millennium park/art institute stop and we wondered if we were in the correct spot. We picked a great time to go, very few people out touring the city and light traffic (car and pedestrian).

Business response:

Thanks, Shauna! We really appreciate the feedback. :)

I love the tour bus but why did they change from being free to paying a fee. Everyone can't Afford to ride the tour bus.

Business response:

Hey Ivy, there's some confusion here - our tour has always been ticketed. Maybe you're thinking of a free trolley service?

The Holiday Lights Tour was a complete waste of money! Not as advertised AT ALL. The windows were dirty and completely frozen over. Its a blind warm ride through the city. The driver had a spray to be able to safely drive but we saw NONE of what he saw or tried pointing out! This should not be offered in the winter season!
