Would not recommend. So many things to do in the city and we felt like our time was wasted sitting on a trolley in traffic. We booked the lights tour with a 3 day pass for four. Not worth the money.

Dana Stamate was incredibly helpful in walking us through the contract process, and in locking in the final itinerary and details in the weeks before our wedding. Not well organized. The guides are a mixed bag as far as commentary goes. We chose this particular company because they were listed as offering eclipse glasses with purchase. There was no one available to purchase tickets from at our first stop but the driver had "heard a rumor " they were available at the Sheraton. By the time we made it to the Sheraton we had another guide who left to ask her manager about the them. Hi Julie, we're sorry about any confusion on the eclipse glasses! They were offered on a first come, first serve basis for the last 3 days at select stops when the code word 'eclipse' was used.
Decent route, but the Tour Guide failed my Google Fact Checking on many occasions. We passed a "quaint little McDonalds from the 1930s" and the "Last free zoo in the country". If you don't mind alternate facts, you'll enjoy the tour.
