Update: To my surprise Checkered Flag took this review seriously and worked to rectify my issues. Not sure if I will return but I believe they do try to support their customer. They contacted me and took my concerns seriously. I do appreciate the attempt at making this right. I Do NOT recommend this service department, especially if you are a WOMEN, after thousands of dollars spent (calipers, radiator, tires etc...) it is always something. Great customer service from the front associate although everytime I get something done there is always something different with my truck. Before I have been letting it go since I did not wanna be petty about it. Like scratch on my paint, mpg going below 10 after each maintenance, broken airbox after a maintenance, now I just wanna ask why is my truck now not alligned and steering wheel drive crooked after 50,000 maintenance.
