I was at Checkered Flag Toyota yesterday and my Service Advisor was Bonnie Larowe, who was not only professional and knowledgeable, but a very kind and considerate person in helping me. Our business world needs more people like Bonnie working with their customers and making them feel like they came to the right place for service. I thank & appreciate her help and Checkered Flag Toyota for being my service center.
Robert Cameron was a great guy to work with. There was absolutely no pressure and he walked me through the process, with it being my first time buying a car. He was very polite and more than went out of the way to ensure I was happy with my purchase. I definitely intend to purchase my next vehicle from them again! Thanks again Robert!
I guess there is a reason I’ve never purchased a vehicle from this dealership... my Wife and I took a used vehicle home Saturday and nearly fell in love with the vehicle but upon returning the vehicle on Sunday, I mentioned a few things about it based on my observations and the sales guy seemed completely uninterested in selling the vehicle. I'm a first time customer and took my 2007 4runner in for maintenance and am highly impressed with the service and professionalism. I also had two recalls that they took care of without me having to tell them. To me, this means that they take the time to review information specific to your vehicle. This may be a typical dealership service that I am just not use to being I've been going to an auto shop but I have become fed up with the lack of knowledge and service.
