Checkered Flag is top notch in my book! Their service is 2nd to none and they are so professional and help you in a very expedite and timely manner - and they provide shuttle service with the greatest drivers you can imagine....I love the ride to and from work with one of their drivers...they are very personable and comfortable to ride with! I hope they keep the shuttle going on forever! I like the one on one service you get at the service center....all of the ones I've dealt with are great!

The service department, especially Carl Pierce, did an excellent job. Even though I own a Subaru, when I had a flat Carl found tires for it at a lower cost than the Subaru dealer, had them shipped and installed on the same day. The Subaru dealer would have gotten them in 2-3 days. They also did a thorough tune-up. The brake fluid was actually changed instead of just being topped off! My next vehicle, which will be happening soon, will be purchased from Checkered and I will continue my maintenance there.
John Spensieri gave us great customer service and was very courteous to us. Happy customers over here.
