Billy Smith was a rockstar! Had to get recall stuff fixed to ship my vehicle overseas ASAP, he arranged that, an oil change, washed and vacuumed my vehicle within a few hours. All with a great attitude and awesome customer service.
I have been searching for a hybrid RAV4 for months. I couldn’t find any inventory in my area. Tony Wallace kindly took on a difficult sale. He went above and beyond by picking me up at the airport, getting me the best rates, even put in the missing all weather mats and most importantly he had great ASAP communication skills. If you are in the area ask for Tony specifically!!! Even though I live 9 hours away I am 100% considering buying my 4Runner here in the fall!
In the market for a new car, went to Checkered Flag Toyota on the boulevard today with my daughter. Despite there being multiple sales people standing around and a manager not one greeted us or asked if I needed any help. I have been in this location before with a man and was greeted right away. Hopefully next time you don't ignore the single mom because you've definitely lost the sale to this one.
These folks are the best. Probably best customer service of any business I have dealt with in Virginia Beach. JR Martin has helped me the past two visits. Both times were great, today JR went over the top to help me out of a mess I kind of created myself. Take your car here. Period.
