They make appointments at specific time but when you come in you still getting in at first come first serve basis. I had appointment made at 8:30am for oil change and inspection, specifically told them I am waiting for the car - they came to lobby at 10am and told me my car made it to the shop now so they starting to work on it and it will be another 2 hours - what? What were you doing for past 1.5 hours ???? So inefficient!!!! And you would think Toyota with their Lean manufacturing history would cut all this waste out! So ... read more

Fast intake and turn around. Billy Smith help me get in and out with a new key fob for my Highlander in 20 minutes, even though they had told me 90 over the phone. The Parts desk was helpful too. Great experience running a necessary errand on a work day lunch hour. I'll be back.
Behind frustrated with this dealership. Not only did they fix my car wrong 2x, they are providing false promises of when my car will be ready. We were told yesterday, and now Friday. They’ve given us the run around for the last MONTH— the only time my husband had off of work has been spent dealing with this dealership and rentals. They billed my insurance for an issue that was never at all the issue, and they see nothing wrong with this. Customer service and service department is outstanding. Highly recommend this place. If you’re going to get a state inspection I recommend, if you can, drop your vehicle off the night before or you’re going to waiting a while. At least 3-6 hours guaranteed. They don’t accept appointments for state inspections. I got there at 830am and got my truck back 330pm. There was a guy who had gotten there at 7am and got his vehicle 30 mins before mine. Bring a charged device and some lunch. You’re going to be a while.
