I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS EVER. Victoria with the body shop is awful!!! Left my car for over a month for it to be fixed.. she originally told me I could pick it up October 5th... it’s October 26. I picked my car up today, only for it to still be messed up!!! Awful costumer service. Called back to let her know the situation, no help whatsoever, nothing but an attitude. I will not be back because of the costumer service. *don the manager was very friendly and tried to help

I checked my vehicle in for a oil change at 8:45AM and notified the Toyota consultant of a minor problem and to let me know what the issue and solution would be, two and a half hours later with no contact or anything I ask my consultant why it’s taking so long for the oil change only to be told that there was a software issue and they had begun work already and that they would have to order a new part. The person that handled my vehicle was very professional. I also liked the uber service that was provided to me to and from my home so i wouldn't have to wait there.

Service department is insanely slow for even the most routine services. Knowledge base is lacking. Do not plan on waiting for your vehicle for even just oil change and tire rotations - usually a 2-3 hour process. Every time I come here I prepare myself and still leave frustrated. Today may be the last.

The customer service isn’t up to par. I suggest not to make an appointment. This was my very first time after my big purchase. Definitely going where I am valued. 🤷🏽♀️ and who ever the guy is that works in the service department at the front, has tat on his outer arm, blue eyes, white dude, SOO rude. Sheesh. He hates his job. Just a horrible experience. Off to priority.
I asked about a black tacoma sport, double cab, short bed, automatic during labor day weekend sale but didn't get a reply until yesterday (6 days after) and tried to sell me tacoma sr access cab. I left 1 star on Google review.
