I dealt with John Spensieri, who did an excellent job. The experience was different for me than I expected. I came prepared to do a lengthy haggling battle. I got there and found that prices were more like at my grocery store: fair but fixed, take it at that price or go elsewhere. The car was actually at a good price, and probably the best I could have gotten even after haggling elsewhere, so I went ahead with the purchase. I will not be coming back. The may have great service but they are too busy. All I needed was an oil change and tire rotation. I had to leave my truck and come back to pick it up later in the day. I got better service from the Nissan dealership
