I purchased a pre-owned Cruze LT with the rs package, the salesman Brian Young was awesome, he was very knowledgeable and respectful of my needs, once I drove the car i knew i wanted it. We went to Finance met with Dan the Finance Manager it went smooth and the loan was approved. Dan is incredible he worked hard to find a better interest rate and saved me money. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Just an FYI I sold car's in the past and these guys are pure Profesional.
I was given a $9.99 Oil Change for Life VIP card from Chapman Chevrolet in Tempe when I purchased my 2008 Chevy Impala and about a year ago they told me that they can no longer honor it...To top it off the staff was very rude to me when they informed me about no longer honoring it...At the time I had went to the manager about it and I was basically told sorry it is what it is...This is why I do not deal with Chapman anymore...
Let's start with the fact they promised me a price when we ordered a truck 5 months ago. They NEVER ordered the truck, but they sure took a deposit from me. We had them re order the truck and confirmed we would get the same promised price. Truck came in and guess what? They "can't honor the price" it was too good if a deal. The general manager wouldn't return my calls. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Do not go! Choose another dealer.
