Worst experience... The dealer contacted me back with a price range I was looking for... 28000 listed price is what they were asking online and they tried having me walk out the door paying 42000. Just felt pressured and they tried ripping me off. I'm young but not dumb!
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with Chapman Chevrolet in Tempe, Arizona on McClintock and baseline. Twice this location provided false hopes. Not only did I make the deal and had the car for almost 2 weeks, but they had me come back and ask for more money, due to result of being upside on the lease. I had to return the new car, and had to wait over an hour for my original trade. Least they could of filled up my tank and wash the car. Instead it was dusty and had odor inside the vehicle. Dealership did not fix the problem I came in with - they actually ruined my car. I literally drove straight from a mechanic shop after I was told to take my car here to fix a faulty water pump under a manufacturer recall warranty. Even though the mechanic specifically told me that was the issue, the dealership said the water pump was fine, and that my thermostat needed to be replaced.
