I stopped by there this weekend to look, as I'm just starting my search for the future vehicle I want. The salesman was waiting like a vulture to "help" me as soon as I stepped out of my car. I told him I just wanted to look. He insisted on walking around with me anyway, telling me he could get the paperwork done in 30 minutes, which I felt was just trying to rush me through the process so he could make a sale. So I bought a truck and we agreed tires were going to be replaced. So when I arrive for my appointment I was told it would only be 2hrs Max. Well 7 hours after continuously calling the service department for updates. I am told the truck was never worked on because they received a bad set of tires.. So I reschedule my appointment and when I arrive to pick up my truck Dexter (works in the service department) says, how the fuck should I know that we received a bad shipment of tires? Service advisors are not bright. They can't even do basic things like remember your name. And they can't explain the work being done to your vehicle. Sales people aren't any better... Will not bring my business here ever again.
Worst experience ever! They are good at selling but the worst at helping you when the vehicle has a manufacturing defect. So, make sure you test well your car or truck because the so-called warranty is not good if they don't want it to make it good. My Chevy Colorado has a problem from day one, I came back and they haven't done any repair and they will not do it. Good luck! buy a Toyota!
