Chapman Chevrolet took my friends car on a trade for a smaller vehicle, harassed her for over a month to try to get more money out of the signed deal, lost or hid her trade and would not return it, then threatened to report the new car as stolen to force her to return it. She is now in a rental until she receives a check for the amount of her trade and payments put into the new car so she can complete a deal with a reputable dealership that has already approved her. I had the best experience here! Most amazing people who help you get into a car. I had went to ford before had the worst experience of my life , came to chapman the next day and they were so nice and I was driving away in my new car the next day! They made car buying fast easy and fun! I would deff recommend them to everyone !
