Disappointing...... Appointment at 11 am and 3:48 pm have not seen the car yet. What logic to make an appointment when they are informal. Do not visit that dealer if you do not want to waste your time.

I love it and thx Brian for getting the tow hitch and running boards on my truck. The truck looks awesome. I gave up my 2016 Silverado when I couldn't drive it after being diagnosed with bilateral breast cancer, having surgery, and then chemo. Bought a brand new Silverado in November. Not even a year old the check engine light comes on, I call service and let them know what's going on. They tell me it'll be almost 2 weeks before they can take a look. My luck with GM vehicles and service isn't running very good. Luckily another dealer I called understood my frustration and worked with me to get my truck in.
Helped us make an informed choice with all their on point information. They know their cars and their business. We feel like we made the purchase the way we wanted to including choosing our own lender. Its a comfortable show room we saw other families there having a blast in their family waiting area. We in and done in less than 3 hours! We've bought other cars there and we will be back!
