Currently in the waiting room for an oil change. I regularly come for my oil changes and this time, I had to actually get out and walk in. All other times except this time a rep would greet me and take care of my service needs. Not this time. The rep in the office wasn’t friendly either. I had to actually tell him why I’m there. This rep wasn’t even busy or doing anything. At this point, if Chapman has downgraded their customer service to customers, I’d highly consider going elsewhere for my oil change needs.
I had Stephanie Cantu as my sell representitive and she was absolutely amazing and made everything go smoothly! She worked with me on everything and was always in contact with me for every one of my questions!!! I highly recommend her and this company!!

Really great experience here. Love the new truck and the staff didn’t draw things out like at other places. Stephanie was an absolute pleasure to work with!
