RecommendedSales Rep Malik Lewis made my 1st time new car purchase very comfortable and informative. He was not a pushy salesman, quite the contrary. He took his time, let me make my own decisions, answered all my questions and offered things that would be financially better for me. I found their prices to be lower than dealerships near where I live. I hope my future visits go as smoothly and courteous as my visit purchasing my vehicle. I just bought a 2019 Chevy Colorado it only have 300 miles on it and the check engine look right is coming on already
chapman is the worst dealership. they ly and cheat customer and don't use the the twin brothers they are disrespectful and rude. they say one thing and do another. I have never been so disrespected in my life or treated like crap. it starts with the finance manager Kim right down to sales people. chapman needs to clean house. I know they will never make things right. I will never use or recommend chapman to any of my friends or family

I bought a new Malibu 14 months ago. It currently only has 12,400 miles on it and is in for service for the 4th time. They do not have any loaner vehicles available, so they sent me to enterprise across the street for a complimentary rental. Enterprise is out of cars. I've been almost 2 hours just trying to get to work. DID I MENTION MY CAR IS ONLY A YEAR OLD AND THIS IS THE 4TH TIME ITS BEEN IN FOR SERVICE ISSUES!!!!!
