Chris Curly Lee was one of the best and most professional salesman I have ever met. No hard sell just customer service all the way. He worked with us, my son in TN, and with the company to see that we got in a car that fit our needs. He made sure that before we drove off everything that needed to be done was done. Thank you Curly for your help and friendship.
Why do they give you an appointment? More than 3 hours for tires. More than 1.25 hours for an oil change. Just about done does not mean wait 15 (or more) more minutes to me. If I have an appointment, why is the work not done immediately? I will buy a different brand of car just so that I will not have to deal with this dealership again.
