This is by far the the worst dealership in the world. Ive been driving a 2017 malibu for nearly 2 months and still no lender. They have very little communication with their customers and trust me this will be the last time I buy from them.
So we tell the salesman the out the door price. He stated it is doable. He showed us several that were "in our price range", then had my daughter test drive one which she fell in Love with, only to tell her, not in my presence mind you that the car was out of our price range. He kept trying to hard sell me saying .. well you know you have to always pay more... blah blah blah.. NO!! I told you my out the door price. So angry that you wasted our time!!
Chapman chevy is there to sell.. I bought a vehicle was told 0%.. was a big purchase and finally shook hands. Love the vehicle, never had to sell that itself. Now the finance Is seeing "red flags". I was 100% honest , job, good credit ect. A week later I end up paying more than I originally set out, because of "red flags" nobody can explain. I wanted to know out of curiosity. Car buying is never fun, but Chapman Chevrolet did a good job of making it tolerable. I purchased a used 2013 Equinox, and Carlos Lopez was extremely responsive, honest, and quick throughout the entire process. There were initially a few miscommunications regarding some of the fees on the vehicle, but the guys at Chapman got it straightened out for me fairly quickly. Thanks for your help today, Chapman Chevrolet!
