I wish I could give them a 0! They will lie straight to your face and when you call them out on it they just laugh at you, and continue to laugh! We even talked to the manager and he didn’t give a shit. He was the one who actually laughed at us. They are complete ASSHOLES!!!

SCAM artist advertise a vehicle and it disappears in the 20 mins it takes to drive there. Very unprofessional scum working here.
Went there to get a trim piece replaced on my Cruze, and, requested to have the vehicle hand-washed afterwards. Saw that it was run through the car wash brushes, informed my service advisor about it, and, offered me a free oil change for my vehicle. Was very happy that he made it right for me. Excellent dealership!
