the days of customer service are dead and Chapman Chevrolet has proven that! It's time to try a different dealership and get the kind of service that use to mean something. If you say something then let it be that.
Sales guy flat lied to me. I was ready to buy a Camaro. I asked all the questions. Asked bottom line on the car. I told him I don’t want to drive all the way there and get told something different. I live 3 1/2 hours away spoke to him half a dozen times and wanted no issues I already have my lender all laid out. All I need was for him to be honest and make the deal.
Having had a previously awesome experience with buying a car we decided to purchase another vehicle. However as it was at the end of the month I felt I was rushed to sign the deal . Before the weekend was over when my credit union would have been closed and before the deal would have officially been finalized , I had second thoughts and had found a different car at about the same price from the same company but felt I was purposefully postponed in my pursuit to change vehicles so they wouldn’t have to deal with new paperwork... read more
Bought a car and it was the end of the month so they rushed all my paperwork .Found another car I was interested in and they gave me fake customer service in trying to find out it I could get that car. Felt like they where waiting for the deal to process so they wouldn’t have to help me get into the car I really wanted.
HORRIBLE QUICK LUBE SERVICE!!!Had an appt for just an oil change on Thursday at 10:00 they told me it was gonna be over an hr even though I had an appt so I rescheduled for Friday at 10 then I went down there and they told me it was gonna be over 2 hrs WTF THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!
Worst dealership in Arizona, without a doubt. Weeks of a run around game, went in with my girls car after diagnosing the issue, rather than be honest, they gave us the run around for weeks and today they finally said my diagnosis was correct. Never do business here. I mean it is Chevy, would you really expect anything more?
My truck was in for warranty work for a full 2 weeks, and when I get it back I find out someone stole my handgun, with 2 magazines, bag of change, lottery tickets and 2 pairs of Oakley (oil rig & gas can) sunglasses, they said it was in the “gated yard” the whole time and “we don’t know how someone could have stolen your things”... later comeback and they tell me half their cameras are down due to construction and can’t see half the lot. I took a rental car in for its first oil change during a cross country trip . It took about an hour to get the oil changed and the tires rotated . It was free so that’s always a plus .
